| Any Manager who develops an active Manager
will becomes a Leadership Manager and is awarded
a Leadership Manager Pin.
Only new Qualified Managers who attend
a Company sponsored pinning ceremony are
eligible to receive a pin. Non-attendees
and Managerds who do not actively build
their business, i.e. push-ups, should not
be pinned.

Distribuotrs continue to sponsor and develop
others to the position of Manager. Once
a distributor has sponsored and developed
two (2) active Leadership Managers becomes
a Senior Leadership Manager.

After a distributor has sponsored and developed
five (5) active Leadership Managers, he
becomesa a Soaring Leadership Manager.

Distributors who continue to sponsor and
develop others to the position of Manager
become Sapphire Leadership Managers when
they have develop nine (9) active Leadership
Managers. A gold pin will be awarded to
them. On top of that, the Sapphire Leadership
Manager is also awarded a four days, three
nights all-expense-paid trip to a resort
designated by the company.

As a distributor's group grows to seventeen
(17) active Leadership Managers, one becomes
a Diamond Sapphire Leadership Manager, and
a gold pin with diamonds and sapphires will
be awarded at recognition rally.
He/she will also be awarded on all-expense
paid trip for five days and four nights
to a luxury resort that will be designated
by the company.

When a distributor builds and develops
twenty-five (25) active Leadership Managers,
he becomes a Diamond Leadership Manager
and is awarded a gold pin with eight diamonds.
This entitles him to the following privileges:

Waiver of four(4) case
minimum month purchase to qualify for
bonuses. |

Award of special diamond
recognition pin. |

Waiver of case volumn
requirement for earned incentives. |
| 4. |
An all expense paid trip
for six days and five nights to a resort
that will be designated by the Company. |

fifty (50) active Leadership Managers, he
becomes a Double Diamond Manager and is
awarded a specially designed gold pin with
2 large diamonds. He is also awarded an
all-expense-paid trip for 14 days and 13
nights around the world, visiting some of
our international offices.
